This is a great restaurant. We were looking for a place that wasn't super expensive with some comfort food. This place hit the spot. We tried the calamari, mozzarella sticks, fettuccine scampi, pizza and wings.

We loved this place! Excellent food... friendly service and beautiful atmosphere. My husband and son said the wings can't be beat! Try the fried zucchini appetizer..you will NOT be disappointed. Live piano music with the ability to request your favorite songs!

Tried Deano's Wood Fired Grille tonight for dinner and it did not disappoint. We will be back any time we are in town. It is a new restaurant on Hilton Head Island in the Reilley's Plaza. They had live music - the lady playing piano and singing is talented and it was a pleasant backdrop to our time there.

Staff was friendly and professional, food was delicious. The bread was fresh and warm when served with olive oil at the beginning of our meal. I had the chicken marsala and I would definitely order again. Mushrooms were perfectly cooked in wine and I couldn't get enough of that flavor.

A nice addition to South end! Went in for late lunch/early dinner on a Saturday and were pleasantly surprised with the quality of food. We had the brussel sprout appetizer, eggplant parmesan (nicely breaded and perfect consistency), chicken scampi, and fresh baked bread.
